In Punjab, the woman IAS Amrit Kaur Gill has sought premature retirement from the government. He has applied to the government under the volunteer retirement scheme (VRS). According to the service rules, he has given a 3 -month notice to the government. He has resigned from the post of Managing Director of Punjab State Civil Supply Corporation Limited (Pansap). There is a discussion among the officers that IAS Gill was unhappy with the attitude of the current Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government and his senior officers. However, the government or Amrit Kaur Gill herself has not yet formally said anything about it. According to Gilsutras, Amrit Kaur Gill wants to go abroad now. For this reason, he has made up his mind to quit his job ahead of time. She has previously been deputy commissioners in Fatehgarh Sahib and Malerkotla. Amrit Kaur Gill is a 2010 batch IAS officer. Gill is considered an officer of strict image. If she is wrong, she is ready to fight with anyone.
