According to the information received, the teacher had returned home from school, but two youths stopped near the house and started talking to them about teaching seventh and eighth grade children. He put a pistol in the teacher's temple, although the teacher went inside the house after seeing this act of the young man and started running inside the gate but the criminals shot from behind. The teacher was seriously injured due to the bullet. Hearing the sound of the bullet, all the criminals escaped from the spot till the people found jute on the spot. In a hurry, people around and family members have been admitted to a private hospital in the city for treatment, where the injured teacher is undergoing treatment. The teacher has been identified as Mithilesh Kumar, a resident of Punjabi Colony. In this case, city police station chief Arun Kumar Rai said that after getting the information of the incident, the matter is being investigated and after receiving the application, further action will be taken by registering an FIR.
