On the night of 18 July, the thieves broke the shutter of the district cooperative central bank building in Raimala and entered the building. The thieves stole the lane panel hub, alarm battery, CCTV cameras and stolen goods worth 20 thousand rupees. The thieves broke six to seven locks while entering the bank. Thieves could not break the lock of the locker used to keep cash in the bank. Due to which 17 lakh rupees kept in the locker remained safe. Ghatbiroli, a resident of Sesrao Panse, branch manager of the bank, had lodged a complaint of theft at the police station. The police had registered a case against the unknown thief.
