Police Officer Radha Raman Singh said that on August 2, Arvind Mishra (38) was bitten by the snake and was taken to the district hospital from where he was referred to Bahraich and treatment He died during. He said that his younger brother reached the village on Wednesday from Ludhiana to attend Arvind Mishra's funeral. Younger brother Govind Mishra (32) and his relative Chandasekhar Pandey stayed at home after the funeral. According to the police, the poisonous snake also bitten Govind Mishra and Chandshekhar Pandey while sleeping on Wednesday night. . Both of them were rushed to the hospital when Govind Mishra died. The body of Govind Mishra has been sent for post -mortem while Chandrashekhar Pandey's condition is said to be critical. On receiving information about the incident, Chief Medical Officer and Forest Department officials reached the spot and took stock of the situation.

On receiving information about the incident, regional MLA Kailash Nath Shukla met the family members of the deceased and consoled him and assured to provide financial support from the government.
