Korean cucumber Salad Kya Kya Khira-1 (large size), onion- 1 (chopped in length), green onion- 1 big Spoon (chopped), garlic buds- 3 (finely chopped), soy sauce- 1 tbsp, white vinegar- 1 tbsp, sugar- 1 tbsp (optional), sesame oil- 1 tbsp, sesame- 1 Judicial spoon (seated), salt- 1/2 teaspoon. Make the cucumber with peel and cut it in a circular. Add all the ingredients including cucumber pieces to the big bol. Green onion and sugar can be optional. Mix the ingredients well. Cucumber salad is ready to serve. Basni Kanduri (Kundru) What to Kunduri- 1 1/2 cup (round chopped), gram flour- 1/2 cup, oil- 4 tablespoons, green coriander- 2 tablespoons, coriander powder- 2 teaspoons, 2 teaspoons, cumin powder - 2 teaspoons, garam masala powder- 2 teaspoons, red chili powder- 2 teaspoons, salt or as per taste. Make it in a pan. Add kanduri and all the spices to it and mix well. Fry for four to five minutes on high heat. Fry the heat to medium and fry it while stirring for seven-eight minutes. Mix gram flour evils and mix well. Then cook while stirring for five-six minutes. Add green coriander over it and mix. Serve Basni Kanduri with roti or paratha. Aloo-Bhendi Masalakya should be masala- 3 cups (1/2 inch pieces chopped), potato- 1 cup (chopped), salt- as per taste, oil- 3 tablespoons, cumin- 1 teaspoon- 1 teaspoon, onion- 1 /2 cups (finely chopped), ginger paste- 1/2 teaspoon (someone), garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon, tomato- 1/2 cup (finely chopped or puree), turmeric powder- 1/ 2 teaspoons, coriander powder- 1 tsp, red chili powder- 1 teaspoon, garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon, mango powder- 1/4 teaspoon. . Add ladyfinger and some salt to it and fry it. Keep stirring in between. When the color of the lady finger becomes darker and it is cooked, take it out in the plate. Heat one tablespoon of oil in this pan. Add potatoes and a little salt to it and fry till it cooks. Take it out in a ladyfinger plate. Now heat a tablespoon of oil in this pan and add cumin seeds. Add the onion and fry it till it turns golden brown. Add ginger and garlic and fry. Mix tomatoes and cook. Mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango and garam masala powder and cook for thirty to forty minutes. Add ladyfingers and potatoes to it, cook for three to four minutes.
