Sub Inspector Ravindra Kumar said that the accused is Shahnawaz Alam. He is originally from Jokihat area of ​​Araria district in Bihar. Currently living in Badarpur area of ​​Delhi. Shahnawaz Alam became Sumit alias Kavindra and befriended a young woman in the year 2015. After this, both of them started living in Indirapuram police station area of ​​Ghaziabad. The matter of marriage was decided in both. Shahnawaz Alam also agreed to marriage and meanwhile made physical relations with the woman several times. According to the police, the girl came to know that her partner is not Sumit alias Kavindra, but Shahnawaz Alam. When the woman opposed this, Shahnawaz also pressurized her to convert.

The accused is already married, the police station is already married to the IPC section against the accused Shahnawaz on the victim's tahrir in this case. 419, 420, 376, 404, 323, 504, 506, 403 and against the UP law registered a case in the Prevention of Religion Act. Police said the accused Shahnawaz has been arrested on Tuesday. During interrogation, it has also been found that Shahnawaz is married and has a seven -year -old son. Action is now being taken to send the accused to jail.
