In view of Moharram, Nag Panchami festivals in the Collectorate Auditorium of Bhadohi district, District Magistrate Aryaka Akhauri and Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar have held a meeting of the Peace Committee. In this meeting, their problems were heard by communicating with the people coming and their suggestions were sought. The attendees have been appealed to celebrate the festivals in a peaceful manner. The officials have said on the occasion that no religious event should be done by disrupting the road. Following the guidelines issued by the government, people together should celebrate their festival with mutual harmony and brotherhood. The Superintendent of Police said that strict action will be taken against the anti -social and anarchists. The meeting of the Peace Committee held at many police stations including Tehsil, in view of the festivals, was jointly held by Additional District Magistrate and Additional Superintendent of Police in Bhadohi Tehsil. Apart from the jurisdictional, the Peace Committee meeting has also been held in Koiruna and Aura police stations. A large number of people of the area were present in the meeting, the officials have told the people that the festivals should be celebrated by following the guidelines. On the incident, immediately inform the police, if any untoward incident happens anywhere, then immediately the police should be informed.
