The process of president has started in Narsinghpur District Panchayat. Jyoti Kakodia has filed a nomination from the BJP. At the same time, no candidate has come out from the Congress. There was 15 seats for the District Panchayat member in Narsinghpur district, out of which 12 wards were elected members of the Bharatiya Janata Party. At the same time, members of the Congress party were elected in 3 wards. In Narsinghpur district, the District Panchayat President was to be made by the Scheduled Tribe woman in which two candidates were women from the Bharatiya Janata Party. In which one was to be selected from Lakshmi Thakur and the other from Jyoti Kakodia. Nomination has been filed by the Bharatiya Janata Party by fixing the name of Jyoti Kakodia for the District Panchayat President.
