The court has ruled after 32 years in the famous Panwari incident of Agra. The court has acquitted all the accused, including the BJP MLA. The court has given this decision on not getting evidence against the accused.

On 22 June 1990 in Panwari, Chokhelal's daughter's daughter had to impose curfew in the area after stone pelting, firing and arson during the procession of Chokhelal's daughter. . Special Judge Neeraj Gautam acquitted everyone due to lack of evidence against the accused. . The Jat society had announced that the procession would not be allowed to climb. After this, there was a ruckus and ethnic conflict took place in the entire city. A case was filed against many people including the main accused Babulal.

On April 12, 2006, the then Special Judge Janardan Goyal made the main accused Chaudhary Babulal, Vikram Singh, Raghunath Singh, Bachu Singh, Ramveer, Bahadur Singh , Charges were framed against Roop Singh, Devi Singh, Babu Singh, Ramautar, Shivram, Bharat Singh, Shyamveer and Satyaveer. Two accused died during the trial of the trial.

Panwari village is a Jat dominated. The Jat society was united to stop the procession. The then DM Amal Kumar Verma and SSP Karmaveer Singh and former Union Minister Ramjilal Suman had taken full emphasis to offer the procession but did not get success.

The police used to lift what was found on the way and locked it in the police station. Armed people gathered at the time of violence. The roofs and intersections of houses were banned. People from Bharatpur came here. The army somehow controlled the situation.
