The graph of cows infected with Lampi Skin Disease in Rupangarh near Kishangarh is constantly increasing. While a cow died in Nosal village on Monday, the death of 2 cows due to the said illness on Friday has increased the stake in the animal husbandry department. Both these cows are stray animals in Nosal village, while 4 cows have been infected. After which the department, considering the village as a hotspot, held a meeting with sarpanch Mahendra Raigar and other cattle rearers and ordered not to bring the cows in contact with not to graze out of the houses. Awareness Sunil Kumar Sharma said that two cows were found dead in Nosal village while surveying the area. Apart from this, four cows have also found infection on investigation. Given the severity of the infection, the work of making animals aware in the entire nodal area has been started with the objective of gathering information about infection, to prevent medical and infection. Later, the medical team constituted under the chairmanship of Dr. Pushpendra Singh Nirvana, including the Nodal (subdivision) area, Jhag, Nosal, Kotdi, Paneer etc. were inspected. After the formation of highly sensitive and highly infected village Nosal of the nodal region, a meeting with Sarpanch Mahendra Raigar, meeting at the panchayat office and discussing about controlling the disease, gave necessary guidelines to control the infection. With the death, the total number of dead cows increased to 3. At the same time, 4 new infected animals were found in one day. The infection rate has been reduced, but has not been completely closed.
