Cases of Monkipox virus are increasing continuously worldwide. More than 23 thousand cases of this virus have been registered in more than 80 countries. 9 patients have also been confirmed in India. Of these, five cases are from Kerala and four from Delhi. A patient infected with MonkeyPox has also died. Raaja suspicious cases are also coming out in the country. In view of this, tracing and surveillance has been increased in all states. Passengers are also being investigated at the airport. The task force has also been formed to deal with the monkipox.

According to which the matters of the world are continuously increasing. It is being feared from him that there is no mutation in this virus. However, the reports of samples of two monkey patients in India have been reported, in which it is revealed that these patients are infected with Strain A.2 of the MonkeyPox. Which belongs to HMPXV-1A Clade-3. Experts say that there are old strates of the monkeypox and this is spreading in most countries of the world. Currently, two strings of MonkeyPox are present. The first of these is Central African (Congo Basin) Clade and West African Clade.

Experts say that West African Clade Strain is spreading in other countries including India, which is not more deadly. In such a situation, it is expected that this virus will not have a lot of danger. Dr. explains that MonkeyPox is a Juneotic virus. So far, 99 percent of its cases have been in gay men. The case is less among other people. This shows that the transmission of the virus is not very fast and it is not even taking people into grip. This virus is not even threatened to sebujurvas. Because those people have got the vaccine of smallpox.

The existing strain is not fatal

Epidemic specialist Dr. Jugal Kishore says that the virus of the monkey is spread from animals to humans. Even though its cases are continuously increasing, but only West African clad strain is spreading in most countries, due to which there is not much danger. Because its West African Strain is less serious and neither has any information about mutation in this virus. This strain is more than 50 years old. This virus has not changed in so many years. The death rate is also very low in this. The vaccine will also be easily made without mutation. There is no need to be panic in such a situation.

Dr. Kishore says that deaths from this virus are not being recorded in countries where it is spread so far. This virus is not spreading in the air like corona. For this, it is necessary to come in skin to skin touch and close contact. There are not much cases in children or women. In such a situation, it is expected that the monkey will not spread like corona.

Vaccination will have to pay attention

Kishore says that to protect against the monkis, now vaccination will have to be focused. First of all, vaccination of healthcare workers and people suffering from chronic disease will have to give priority. Vaccination of people who do not have smallpox vaccine is also necessary. Apart from this, it is also important that people keep in mind the symptoms of MonkeyPox. Especially gay men need to pay more attention.
