In Milak Tehsil of Rampur district, farmers led by Adesh Shankhar, District President of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh met CO Milak Dharam Singh Marchal and submitted a memorandum. Due to this, there is anger among the people of the area. The memorandum submitted regarding the problem of power was also informed by the villagers that the power line of the tube well is in a dilapidated condition. Which should be repaired. On 20 April 2022, subdivision officer Milak Shobhit Srivastava was informed by the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh Rampur and informed about the problem. But no necessary action was taken to resolve the problem. The Indian Farmers Association accused of negligence against the power department, in the memorandum, registered a case of death against Shobhit Srivastava, the subdivision officer of the electricity department Milak, and registered a case of death of three people in gross negligence.
