In Ambala district of Haryana, a case of occupying the shop plot and selling it further has come to light. The victim has been pleading for justice for the last 11 years. After the case came to the notice of Home Minister Anil Vij, the police have registered a case against the accused under other sections including fraud. Shravan Nath has accused the police of collusion and demanded an inquiry into the case by the High Officer. Plot Ajay Kumar said in 1992, that his father said that his father on 21 October 1992 on the college road Narayangarh is a 10*20 -foot of 10*20 feet. Had bought the plot. After this, in the year 1993, Gautam Sharda bought 2 plots adjacent to his plot, but Gautam Sharda sold the registry numbers and sold it to Om Prakash Sabu. It is alleged that Om Prakash also captured his plot along with his plot in the year 2007 and built a shop. In the year 2011, he came to know that accused Om Prakash and his son Vishal sold his plot to Gulshan Kumar, a resident of village Chhoti Rasore. Ajay Kumar, who has been fighting the right since 2011, said that he has been fighting for his right from 2011. The battle is fighting, but not yet justice. Told that on 18 August 2021, he had given Om Prakash Sabu son Shankar Lal on CM window, but no action was taken. It is alleged that Om Prakash has captured the plot of his shop and sold it to someone else, while the registry of the plot is in his name. Said that the police did not take any action against the accused. He met the Home Minister in April 2022 and submitted a complaint. The police have registered a case under sections 420 and 447 against the accused and started investigation.
