Hundreds of cows died due to lumpy virus: five and a half hundred deaths in government records, more than ten thousand deaths in reality

Lampi virus, which came as a time for cows across the state, has taken the lives of hundreds of cows in Bikaner. The death toll in government records is five and a half hundred so far, while in reality this number is much more than one thousand. On the other hand, the hands of the district administration and animal husbandry department are now flourishing. Village-to-village cows are now being traced.
Animal Husbandry Department started maintaining records of cows being hit by Lampi virus from July 22 onwards. Since then, this virus has been confirmed in more than ten thousand cows, while treatment of around eight thousand is still underway. Joint Director Dr. Virendra said that monitoring is being done at every block level, so far ten thousand 293 cows have been confirmed the virus. In this, eight thousand 424 are being treated. Four thousand 347 has also been treated. The department has a record of death of 527 cows so far, while the cows say that the death has been more than one thousand. The government has started keeping records from July 22, while death has been happening for the last one month. Records of all the cows dying after July 22 are also not being kept.
Case spoils the case They first go to the broom, even then they take it to the vet if not well. By then the case deteriorates completely. It becomes difficult to save the animal as the disease increases.
Look at every block
Senior doctor Anil Dadhich says that the department has started taking reports from every block. Drugs are being procured, while the vaccine has also been demanded.
