The political crisis of Maharashtra is being heard again in the Supreme Court on Thursday. The case of dismissal of 16 Shiv Sena MLAs is first being heard. Shinde Camp's lawyer Harish Salve first presented his side. Salve, while giving full information about the rights and process of the speaker, said- As long as the MLA is in his post, he is entitled to participate in the House's activity. If he votes against the party, the vote will be valid. On this, CJI Ramna questioned- is the party not controlled by the MLA once elected? He is only accountable to the discipline of the party's legislative party?

Uddhav faction counsel Sibal appealed to CJI- Do not send the matter to the Constitution Bench. We (me and Singhvi) can finish our arguments in 2 hours. How can the MLAs who can be disqualified, how can they claim to be a real party in the Election Commission? On this, CJI said- no one can be stopped from doing so.

Shinde faction was reprimanded on Wednesday. A bench headed by CJI Ramna formed the government before the court's decision to Shinde faction's lawyer. Had reprimanded for taking. The bench had said that they should clear their points and submit the draft again, then it will be considered 10 to 15 minutes.

A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court said on 20 July about the real Shiv Sena. It was that the petitions filed in relation to the Shiv Sena could be sent to the large bench.
