A grand worship and Mahaarti of Mata Ganga was organized on the Dashami date of Sawan at Mathurapur Ganga Ghat of Sonpur subdivision in Chhapra. Hundreds of people present enjoyed the panoramic shade of Aarti. Ganga Mahaarti was organized for the first time at Mathura Pur Ghat led by local citizen and Pramod Singh. In this Aarti organized on the banks of the Ganges, hundreds of persons from various villages of Ammandal, including residents of various wards of Dighwara Nagar Panchayat, performed the darshan and duly performed aarti.
