People showed anger over the unrestrained remarks made by Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary on the newly elected President of India, Draupardi Murmu. The effigy of Congressmen was burnt against Adhir Ranjan in Varanasi. Angered BJP workers raised a lot of slogans against the Congress after burning the effigy at Assi Ghat in Varanasi. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, who made a lot of comments, raised a lot of anger. People also hit the slippers after blowing the effigy. It is known that Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary called President Draupadi Murmu as 'Rashtriya'. The BJP targeted Congress and Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary fiercely about this.
