In Gajraula, five people, including the teacher of the Basic Education Department, have been accused of gang -rape of the woman. The woman gave a complaint in the police station but no action was taken. After which the woman took refuge in the court. The court has ordered a case to be filed against the five people for rape. According to the information, a woman resident of a mohalla of Gajraula is having a dispute with a person. Due to which the woman had filed a case against the accused person on the charge of SC-ST Act. It is alleged that the person entered her house with four of her companions on April 10 and gang -raped her. The accused tried to make pornographic videos of the woman. The victims also tried to make pornographic videos of the victim woman. On the noise of the woman, two youths from the locality ran and reached her house but by then the accused escaped. The woman reached the police station and demanded action against the accused and no action was taken by the local police. After which the victim took refuge in the court. The court ordered the report to file a report given by the court to file a report against accused teachers Brijpal, Ram Singh, Shivraj Singh, Saurabh and Pankaj Bharti. Kumar Tiwari has said that the matter has come to cognizance on Tuesday, court orders have also been received. The case will be filed soon after investigation.
