'Fair' will increase business, industry department will set up shopping stalls in famous fairs

Industry Minister Shakuntala Rawat says that by setting up stalls in Melo, Handicrafts, art and artisans of Rajasthan will get a boost. On the instructions of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, there will be efforts to ensure the participation of artisans in the fair and to bring their art to the common man.

jaipur: Rajasthan is the land of fairs and festive lands. Along with historical and archaeological glory, the culture here also binds in attraction. The industry department of the state is now preparing to convert this quality into business. The objective is that the disappearing arts of Rajasthan have to be given financial assistance to the artisan.

For this, the industry is preparing to set up temporary shopping stalls in fairs in collaboration with RUDA, Rajasiko, Khadi Village Industries. In this, the opportunity will be given to the artisans related to the documents, handicrafts registered with the state government.

Industries Minister Shakuntala Rawat says that setting up stalls in Melo will give a boost to Rajasthan's handicrafts, art and artisans. On the instructions of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, there will be efforts to ensure the participation of artisans in the fair and to bring their art to the common man.

Rajasthan government industry department is preparing a new plan for this. There is a preparation to give a platform and a new market to the art of every district and tehsil by making a plan. In the major fairs of the state, sales venue will be made available to weavers and handcraft production manufacturers. A list is being made for this on the basis of all the districts. Ruda, Rasico, Khadi Gramdhog and departments related to rural development will also be taken cooperation in this.
