In this regard, Additional Public Prosecutor Shambhu Sharan Singh said that Naresh Singh, Sunil Singh, Neelkamal Singh and Alakdeb Singh, residents of Ahiyapur village in Barbigha police station area, were shot dead by criminals in Mahua floor due to land dispute. While the bullet was injured, Jata Shankar Singh and Rajendra Singh were injured, they said that the deceased and injured people were buying land in Mahua floor locality and making cattle rearing there by building a hut on the same land. At that time, the number of eight weapons, who arrived in the number of eight, had killed four people and injured four people by frying them with bullets at quarter to five in the morning of 11 January 1991. In connection with the incident, an FIR was lodged at Barbigha police station by Rajesh Kumar alias Karu Singh against mass murder at Barbigha police station. In which eight people were named accused, seven accused in this massacre case had already been sentenced by the court. But Uday Singh, an accused in the case and a resident of Sherpar village in Barbigha Municipal Council area, was absconding. After executing the incident, the accused Uday Singh was arrested by the police in the year 2013 after about 23 years. He is lodged in Sheikhpura jail. Today ADJ III Sanjay Singh convicted the convict accused Uday Singh. The debate was attended by Additional Public Prosecutor Shambhu Sharan Singh on behalf of the prosecution. 6 witnesses were testified during the hearing of the case. In this regard, the Additional Public Prosecutor said that the court sentenced the accused 7 years under Section 307 and 3 years under Arms Act. All the punishment will run simultaneously.
