In the 6-year-old case, the Datia court has imposed a sentence of two years and a fine of five hundred rupees to the four accused who assaulted the woman. The four accused are residents of village Salon A. Prosecutor officer (lawyer) Vimal Chandwaria said that Acacia trees were standing in Khalian of Gandarani, a resident of village Salon A in Pandokhar police station area. Those who were bitten by Durga, Rambabu, Satish and Dwarka Prasad a few days ago. On 26 May 2016, the complainant spoke to the accused about this, all the accused were enraged and abused the woman. When the woman opposed the streets, the accused together beat up the woman and beat the woman. The woman shouted when Gangaram Rajak and Sukhanandan reached the double spot and intervened. During this time, the accused escaped by threatening to kill the woman. After the incident, the woman reached the police station and lodged a report. The police registered a case and prepared the charge -case and presented it to the court. Here, the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Bhander Ruchi Golus Sagar has found the four accused guilty after hearing, imprisonment for two years and fine of five hundred rupees.
