Congress National Secretary Sanjay Kapoor has been sentenced to six months, while in a separate case, former Minister of State Shiv Bahadur Saxena and District Panchayat President Khyaliram Lodhi have been sentenced to one month each. Along with this, they have been fined. Both decisions have suffered a major setback to the camps of BJP and Congress.
