Sanjay Raut in ED Custody: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut (Sanjay Raut), arrested in the money laundering case by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), said before a special court on Thursday that custody During the agency placed him in a room that had no way to remove window and air. During the hearing, when the court asked Raut if he had any complaint against the ED, he said that there is nothing special. However, he said that there is no window and ventilation in the room in which he was kept. The court has sought an explanation from the central agency for this.

Special Public Prosecutor Hiten Wanegavkar, appearing for ED, said that Raut was kept in an 'AC' (air -conditioned) room and So there was no window there. Raut later said that although there is a 'AC' system, he cannot use it due to health condition. The ED then assured the court that they would be properly kept in a room with air movement. The Enforcement Directorate told the court on Monday that the Shiv Sena MP and their family received more than Rs 1 crore due to alleged irregularities in a 'Chawl' redevelopment project in Mumbai.
