Actually, CM Jairam Thakur said that Dr. Parmar had special affection and respect for Himachali culture and traditions. He said that Dr. Parmar did not miss any opportunity to recognize the culture of the state. At the same time, CM Thakur said that Dr. Parmar's personality was great and his birth anniversary should be celebrated with pomp. So he decided to get this program out of the assembly hall and celebrate it better.
At the same time, CM Jairam said that at the time of Himachal Pradesh's formation, there were only 228 km long roads in the state. Where Dr. Parmar first gave priority to the construction and expansion of roads in the state. At the same time, there is a strong network of more than 39500 km of roads in the state. CM said that the state has been a witness to a long development journey of 75 years. He said that the state government organized 75 programs in the entire state to celebrate it better and through them, the glorious journey of the state is being performed through them. Is. He said that hill language and culture should be encouraged on a better way. He said that Dr. Parmar had a special attachment to the hill culture and he used to promote hill culture by wearing a hill dress. To make Himachal the most developed state in the country, everyone should go ahead and make collective efforts.
