A case has been filed in the song 8 Rafalan of Punjabi singer Mankirat Aulakh, who came into the discussion with the name of Sidhu Mouswala murder case, a case has been filed for allegedly tarnishing the image of lawyers. Chandigarh district court on Tuesday issued notice to other defendants including Mankirat Singh for September 8. Advocate Sunil Mallan has filed this case.

Advocate Mallan said that a legal notice was also sent to Mankirat Aulakh on 15 May 2021. There was no satisfactory answer. The court has demanded that the song be removed from social media. These orders should be issued with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Apart from this, the compensation should be taken into the Advocate Welfare Fund.
AGTF gave Aulakh a clean chit
