Delhi Assembly Education Standing Committee Chairperson and Kalkaji MLA Atishi Marlena discussed on Thursday: Livelihood Summit-2022. Here, he shared his views on the changing form of skills and suttle prainership in Delhi. On this occasion, Atishi said that today the entire education system prepares children to find a good job after completing their studies. In such a situation, a big question arises that if our system only teachs our children to find jobs, then how will the economic system of the country be improved and how will the country progress.

Atishi further said that, in Delhi, we have this question in Delhi The response has been discovered through the entry of the entry of the MindSet Karikulam and Business Blasters Program. Through these two, we have tried to change the growth mindset in the Mindset of the children studying in Delhi government schools so that when they come out after completing their studies, they do not engage in long lines to get jobs but who give jobs Become. Under where the Delhi government gave a seed money of Rs 2000-2000 to about 3 lakh children studying in their schools in class 11th-12th to develop their business idea, open their mini start-up. Also, children studying in Delhi government schools with seed money of Rs 60 crore prepared more than 51,000 business ideas and after several rounds, 126 teams were selected for business blastors expo and summit.

Where the start-up ideas of these little business stars of Delhi government schools were exhibited and it was not only seen by industrialists, well-known enforcers from all over the country but also an investment offer of more than Rs 15 crore for these ideas Also gave. He said that through this program, children not only learned the skills of business, but it also increased their confidence, decision -making ability. The biggest challenge is and due to lack of skills, a large number of youth in the country are unemployed despite being educated because we did not give them skills keeping in mind the needs of market. Today, it is necessary that we equip our children with the skills of the 21st century keeping in mind the need of the market, our educational institutions should design such courses for them through which the youth can meet the demand for the present market by achieving skills. In view of this, the Delhi government started the Delhi Skill and University in view of this. Through this university, the government is equipping the youth of Delhi with the skills of the 21st century and is preparing them for the employment of the coming time. In this university, courses have been made keeping in mind the need of the market, where children spend 50 % of their time working with the people of the industry and learn from them all the necessary skills of business and industry.
