A 20 -year -old youth suffering from snakebite died on the way to Shahdol. In the last two months, 8 people have died in the district due to snake bite. At the same time, more than 40 people suffering from snakebite were treated in the district hospital. During the rainy days, the cases of snakebite are increasing in the area. Pankaj Kumar's father Maladhari Cole (20), a resident of village Mantolia (Manjhagwa) under Kotwali Anuppur, was sleeping in the shop on Wednesday night. Then the snake bitten him. Family and neighbors brought him to the district hospital for treatment. Where the duty doctor referred the patient to Shahdol for better treatment after preliminary treatment, he was brought back to Anuppur Hospital when the young man died on the way to the road. On the information of the doctor, the hospital police made a panchnama of Pankaj's body. After the PM, he started the investigation by handing over the dead body to the family members.
