In Sonbhadra, the court of Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge Poxo Niharika Chauhan convicted Rajan Kushwaha for raping a minor teenager. The court sentenced the convict to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of 40 thousand rupees. If not given the penalty, you will have to suffer additional imprisonment of 6 months. The entire amount of the penalty will be received by the victim for 40 thousand rupees. According to the convenience side, the victim was informed in the Tahrir in Duddhi Kotwali that on 28 March 2013, her 15 -year -old minor daughter was alone at home. Finding him alone, Rajan Kushwaha, a resident of Dumhan village of Duddhi Kotwali, started trying to take his daughter out. Then the son arrived and Rajan ran away on protesting. The charge sheet filed on getting adequate evidence on 30 March 2022, Rajan disappeared in the afternoon with the daughter. On this tahrir, the police registered an FIR in the Poxo Act and started the investigation of the police case. Vivechak filed a charge sheet against Rajan in the court against Rajan. While hearing the case, the court sentenced Rajan Kushwaha to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 40 thousand by finding convicts for listening to the arguments of the advocates of both the parties, observing the statements of witnesses and a letter. If the funds are not paid, there will be an additional imprisonment of 6 months. The period spent in jail will be absorbed in punishment. 40 thousand victims will get the entire amount of penalty.
